"This nomination was submitted to AMN by the parents of a NICU patient:

Hannah’s passion showed through her kindness with our son. She was very interactive with him, she would play with him, and she was very soothing with him anytime she was in the room. If he was awake she was in the room asking how she can help. Her Empathy was exceptional. Not only did she tend to [him] with a gentle voice and reassuring touch but she also did her best to help us as tired and stressed parents. She was incredibly personable.

She always kept us up to date on his progress, her communication skills are fantastic, she stayed on top of his orders, and really focused on helping us get to the next milestone safely but as quick as possible.

Overall she was very attentive, kind and competent. Everything you want in a nurse taking care of your infant in ICU."
