Excellent take home pay rates for nurses
American Mobile offers competitive take home pay rates for nurses designed to maximize your travel nursing pay and put more money in your pocket each month. Travelers on assignment with American Mobile will now receive a take home pay rate that includes a daily allowance for meals and incidentals. While the majority of our assignments will still offer shift differentials for evening and night shifts, as well as other incentives, you can now start earning up to 15% more on each paycheck! Generous completion bonuses
Many of our hospital clients also offer lucrative completion bonuses, which can range from $500 to $3,000 for a 13-week assignment. Ask your recruiter for further details.

Referral bonuses

401(k) retirement plan -- 401(k) matching returns in October
It's never too early to start planning for your retirement. You are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) as soon as you start an assignment! You may contribute up to 50 percent of your salary or $16,500, whichever is lower, tax free. If you are age 50 or older, you may contribute $22,000 a year.  Our 401(k) plan offers a variety of well-known stock, bond and money market funds. Travelers who join the program can also take advantage of the 401(k) match that we offer. Ask a recruiter for details!

Power and Associates for providing an outstanding customer service experience, CIGNA offers an extensive network of providers and healthcare facilities from which you can choose, as well as greater provider discounts that lowers costs to employees. You’ll have the choice of two medical plans, one available from the very first day of your assignment!

Discount vision program & voluntary plan
When you enroll in our medical and dental insurance, you'll automatically have access to our  no-cost  vision care benefit through our partnership with VSP. This discount vision program helps you and your family save on eye exams, prescription lenses, frames, contact lenses and other eye care products.
You also have the option to upgrade to a premium plan which includes expanded benefits for annual eye exams and the cost of lenses and frames. This voluntary plan is available to you even if you are not enrolled in any medical or dental plan.

Free basic life insurance 
Our travelers are provided with $10,000 of life and $10,000 of accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at no cost.
